Glen Dahl - Executive Chef

Glen brings 40+ years of kitchen, teaching and

administrative experience. Over the years he

has been executive chef for the Holiday inn,

Ramada Inn and New West Hotels. Most recently,

Glen was the hospitality / training coordinator

for the Sault College Hospitality Program.

Joel Grandmont - Head Chef

Joel brings over a dozen years of professional
cooking experience to The Machine Shop. He
holdsinterprovincial red seal certification and
a diploma in culinary management from George
Brown College in Toronto. Joel began his
culinary career at the famous Pan Chancho Bakery
and Cafe in Kingston, Ontario. Since then he has
worked for Jamie Kennedy Kitchens, Oliver and
Bonacini Restaurants and, most recently,Delta
Hotels.
